Karina Kheifetz
Managing Partner
Karina's entire professional career has been with Evans and real estate. She was one of the founders of Evans office in Moscow in 1995. For many years she combined her managerial responsibilities with being a successful real estate broker. Having helped hundreds of clients to find homes, Karina shaped a distinctive Evans customer service approach. Among other things Karina is responsible for Evans website and marketing strategy. In 2006 she moved to the US to start an Evans office in New York City. Karina holds an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, speaks fluent Russian and English and some Hebrew.

Anya Levitov
Managing Partner
Anya is one of the founders of Evans. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Anya is the drive and energy behind our company. She is involved in day-to-day operations to ensure high Evans customer service standards. One of her many responsibilities is managing our real estate investment department. Anya is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York. She is fluent in Russian, English and German.

Lucilla Cirillo
Client Manager
Lucilla graduated with a BA in Public Relations from the University of Udine (Italy) as well as spent a year at the University of Public Relations and Communication in Murcia, a wonderful golden city in the South of Spain. Having traveled through the greater part of Europe, she moved to New York City and joined the Team of Evans Real Estate Investments. Very joyful individual, Lucilla is in daily contact with Evans clients from different parts of the world. Proficient in three languages, Italian (native), Spanish and English, she will be more than happy to assist you with investing or moving to New York City, the amazing city that she loves! Lucilla is a Licensed Real Estate agent in New York.

Irina DeMarco
Office Manager
Irina DeMarco was born and raised in Russia. She studied linguistics and graduated form The Linguistic University of Nizhniy Novgorod. Her passion for traveling and adventure brought her to New York City, which she instantly fell in love with. Before joining Evans, Irina was teaching Russian in Manhattan Language School. Working in real estate helps Irina get to know her favorite city more and more, and she is always happy to share her knowledge of the Big Apple with Evans clients. Irina is a Licensed Real Estate agent in New York and is fluent in English, Italian and Russian.

Marco Martini

After earning his Masters in Business Engineering at the University of Bologna in Italy, Marco worked for a major international oil company and a luxury fashion company. When he moved to New York, he immediately fell in love with the City and its people. After spending many years teaching at NYU, he realized how his dream was to combine the love for the city and the desire of helping people. He found this perfect combination in Evans Real Estate.
Marco has a genuine and warm way about him, which inspires trust and confidence from the start. Elena Kamalidenova

We, as well as our French speaking clients, can’t be happier with Elena! For over eleven years, Elena lived in France, eight of which she spent in Paris and three in Marseille. In addition, Elena spent three years working in the Russian Consulate of Algeria. Elena graduated form the Russian State University for the Humanities. Moreover, she completed a three year French course in the Higher Courses of Foreign languages of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Soviet Union. Elena speaks English, Russian and is fluent in French.

Born and raised in Milan, Italy, Michele, has become the consummate New Yorker. Being successful in business is nothing new to Michele. Some of his accomplishments include opening and managing five restaurants in very desirable real estate areas as well as Bed & Breakfast hotel in Costa Rica. Michele knows this city really well spending a lot of time walking, getting a feel for the people and the different neighborhoods. The youngest of seven children, Michele learned early on the art of negotiation. Communicating with people comes easily to Michele and he can do so in three languages…his native Italian, Spanish and English. An accomplished chef, Michele now turns his attention to developing a new, appetizing real estate menu for those looking for an investment or home in the City that Never Sleeps.

A former marketing communications executive at the French Government Tourist Office and a passionate traveler herself, Martine founded and for eight years directed a destination marketing firm. Her longtime love of New York and her appreciation of architecture and design led her to her present role with the Evans team.
A native of France, Martine made New York her home right after college. She has lived in Soho, Tribeca, the Upper East Side and Harlem, and she is adept at guiding international clients through the real estate maze. She is able to quickly assess her client’s specific needs and translate them into investment and residential options to suit both lifestyle and budget. Martine is fluent in French and English.

Elina has a very international background. She was born and raised in Russia and studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany where she received her Masters of Science degree in engineering. For many years, Elina worked as an engineer for a pharmaceutical company in Barcelona, Spain. Having traveled the world, she finally settled in her fourth and final home - New York City. Prior to joining Evans Real Estate, Elina had gained experience in home improvement having completed several interior design and construction management projects. She is fluent in German, Spanish, Russian and English.

Juliane is one of our newest team members. Born and raised in Germany, she spent one year of her education at the fine arts boarding school, Walnut Hill School, in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon completion, she returned to Germany to study business and real estate economics. During this time, she also worked as an agent for one of the largest international real estate companies, negotiating retail spaces in prime locations. After graduating from the University of Cooperative Education in Leipzig, she joined the Evans team, combining her two passions; real estate and New York City. Juliane is fluent in both German and English and she looks forward to helping you find your perfect New York accommodations.
