Anya Levitov
Managing Partner
Anya is one of the founders of Evans. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Anya is the drive and energy behind our company. She is involved in day-to-day operations to ensure high Evans customer service standards. One of her many responsibilities is managing our real estate investment department. Anya is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York. She is fluent in Russian, English and German.

Karina Kheifetz
Partner
Karina's entire professional career has been with Evans and real estate. She was one of the founders of Evans office in Moscow in 1995. For many years she combined her managerial responsibilities with being a successful real estate broker. Having helped hundreds of clients to find homes, Karina shaped a distinctive Evans customer service approach. Among other things Karina is responsible for Evans website and marketing strategy. In 2006 she moved to the US to start an Evans office in New York City. Karina holds an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, speaks fluent Russian and English and some Hebrew.

Maria Adamian
Director of Business Development
Masha joined Evans in September 2006 to help us start up and grow our New York office. She holds an MBA from Seattle University and a BA in International Relations from Tomsk State University and Occidental College. Prior to joining Evans, Masha was the head of the first Emerging Technologies and Entrepreneurship Conference, worked at the US-Russia Center for Entrepreneurship in Moscow and the Foundation for Russian American Economic Cooperation in Seattle.

Marco Martini

After earning his Masters in Business Engineering at the University of Bologna in Italy, Marco worked for a major international oil company and a luxury fashion company. When he moved to New York, he immediately fell in love with the City and its people. After spending many years teaching at NYU, he realized how his dream was to combine the love for the city and the desire of helping people. He found this perfect combination in Evans Real Estate.

Migdalia, a native New Yorker, holds a Bachelor degree from New York Institute of Technology. She had already begun to lay the foundation for a promising career in Education when she decided to take time off to raise a family. Ready for a change, she decided to return to one of her true passions, real estate. Having worked for various prominent developers and management companies specializing in luxury residences, Migdalia acquired knowledge of the diversified and unique market that is New York. Known for her persistence and negotiating skills she has an uncanny ability to gain the trust and confidence of her clients.

Samuel DeFranceschi

Born and raised in Boston and with a BA in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Sam spent much of his early career in Europe. He spent one year in Barcelona studying political science and another year in Bordeaux learning the French language and hospitality industry. Sam spent the past two years working on various projects in Manhattan dealing with luxury real estate renovation and high-end sales negotiation. His warm and fun personality, and great knowledge of New York, make Sam an ideal representative for anyone. Sam speaks French and Spanish.

Michele DiBari

Michele joined Evans a few months ago and although born and raised in Milan, Italy, has become the consummate New Yorker. The youngest of seven children, Michele learned early on the art of negotiation and developed strong people skills.
Although not formerly educated, being in business is nothing new to Michele. Some of his accomplishments include opening a Bed & Breakfast in Costa Rica. Coming to New York in 1996, he has opened and managed five restaurants in very desirable real estate areas. Michele also knows this city spending a lot of time walking various areas, getting a feel for the people and the different neighborhoods.
Communicating with people comes easily to Michele and he can do so in three languages…his native Italian, Spanish and English. An accomplished chef, Michele now turns his attention to developing a new, appetizing real estate menu for those looking to call the City That Never Sleeps home.

Daniel joins the Evans team with broad international experience and an entrepreneurial background. A native New Yorker Daniel received his BA from Tufts University in International Relations and an MBA in International Business from San Francisco State University. He began his career in international trading working with clients in Europe, the Middle East and China. After traveling the globe he returned to New York and began working in independent film and television.
A native New Yorker and an avid food lover, Daniel helped develop several of NY City’s top restaurants including Tocqueville, Cabana and 15 East. Over the years he acquired a deep understanding of the NY real estate market through selecting restaurant locations and scouting for film and television. Daniel chose Evans because of its international character and boutique environment and looks forward to helping people from around the globe find a home in NY. |

Elina has very international background. She was born and raised in Russia and attended the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany. Graduating with a Masters of Science in Engineering for Packaging Technologies, Elina worked for many years in Barcelona, Spain, as an engineer for a pharmaceutical company. After traveling the world, Elina has settled down in her fourth and final home in New York City and became part of our team at Evans. Before joining Evans, she gained a lot of knowledge and experience in home improvement by taking on and managing many interior design and construction management projects. She is fluent in Russian, German, Spanish, and English.

Lucilla Cirillo
Lucilla, after having traveled through the greater part of Europe and graduated with a BA in Public Relations from the University of Udine (Italy), moved to New York City and joined the Team of Evans Real Estate. Very spontaneous and joyful individual, Lucilla has direct and daily contact with a number of clients from different parts of the world thanks to her cultural background and a year spent at the University of Public Relations and Communication in Murcia, a wonderful golden city in the South of Spain.
