Although our main focus is apartments for rent for one year and longer, we receive many requests from business and pleasure travelers who prefer the comfort of a rental apartment to impersonal hotel rooms.

To address this need, we offer several apartments for short rental periods available during your trip to Manhattan. Please check with us for availability of any of the Manhattan apartments for rent listed below.

If you prefer a style, location or size of apartment other than those featured in our list, please send us an email and we will perform a search on your behalf. We will do our best to negotiate with the landlords to try to accommodate your request and get you an apartment of your choice.

Important terms and conditions:

• All short term stays have to be prepaid in full no later than the move-in date.
• All reservations require a refundable security deposit.
• Prices may be subject to taxes, commissions, cleaning, electricity, cable fees.
• Prices are usually for a double occupancy. If you expect more than two people residing in the apartment please confirm availability and surcharges.
• For all apartments usually move-in time is 2 pm, move-out time is noon.

If you need to move-in before the standard move-in time or stay later, there may be an additional charge associated with it. Please confirm at the time of booking.
