Профессиональная карьера Карины полностью связана с недвижимостью и с компанией Эванс. Карина работает в компании со дня основания московского офиса в 1995 году. В течение многих лет Карина совмещала руководство компанией с успешной карьерой риэлтора. Карина помогла найти дом сотням семей и, благодаря этому опыту, сформировала уникальный стиль Эванс в работе, который так ценят клиенты компании. Среди прочего, в обязанности Карины входит управление корпоративным сайтом и маркетинговая стратегия. С 2006 года она работает в Соединенных Штатах Америки, руководя офисом Эванс в Нью-Йорке. Карина окончила РГГУ, а также получила степень магистра международных отношений в Университете Пенсильвании в США. Она свободно владеет английским языком.

Samuel DeFranceschi
Born and raised in Boston and with a BA in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Sam spent much of his early career in Europe. He spent one year in Barcelona studying political science and another year in Bordeaux learning the French language and hospitality industry. A warm and fun personality and great knowledge of New York make Sam an ideal representative for anyone. Sam speaks fluent French and very good Spanish.

Michele DiBari
Michele joined Evans a few months ago and although born and raised in Milan, Italy, has become the consummate New Yorker. The youngest of seven children, Michele learned early on the art of negotiation and developed strong people skills.
Although not formerly educated, being in business is nothing new to Michele. Some of his accomplishments include opening a Bed & Breakfast in Costa Rica. Coming to New York in 1996, he has opened and managed five restaurants in very desirable real estate areas. Michele also knows this city spending a lot of time walking various areas, getting a feel for the people and the different neighborhoods.
Communicating with people comes easily to Michele and he can do so in three languages…his native Italian, Spanish and English. An accomplished chef, Michele now turns his attention to developing a new, appetizing real estate menu for those looking to call the City That Never Sleeps home.

Daniel Blumberg
Daniel was drawn to Evans because of its international atmosphere and strong focus on client development. Daniel joins the Evans team with broad international experience and an entrepreneurial background. A native New Yorker Daniel received his BA from Tufts University in International Relations and an MBA in International Business from San Francisco State University. He began his career in international trading working with clients in Europe, the Middle East and China. After traveling the globe he returned to New York and began working in independent film and television.
A native New Yorker and an avid food lover, Daniel helped develop several of NY City’s top restaurants including Tocqueville, Cabana and 15 East. Over the years he acquired a deep understanding of the NY real estate market through selecting restaurant locations and scouting for film and television. Daniel chose Evans because of its international character and boutique environment and looks forward to helping people from around the globe find a home in NY. |

Elina Weinberg
Elina has very international background. She was born and raised in Russia and attended the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany. Graduating with a Masters of Science in Engineering for Packaging Technologies, Elina worked for many years in Barcelona, Spain, as an engineer for a pharmaceutical company. After traveling the world, Elina has settled down in her fourth and final home in New York City and became part of our team at Evans. Before joining Evans, she gained a lot of knowledge and experience in home improvement by taking on and managing many interior design and construction management projects. She is fluent in Russian, German, Spanish, and English.

Lucilla Cirillo
Lucilla, after having traveled through the greater part of Europe and graduated with a BA in Public Relations from the University of Udine (Italy), moved to New York City and joined the Team of Evans Real Estate.
